Unlike my paintings, I tend to lean towards a more simplistic style when illustrating. 

As you’ll see from the body of work, I focus mostly on portraiture/ human form; this is generally what I find most exciting and interesting to draw.

One of my biggest inspirations for illustration is Quentin Blake; the way his drawings evoke such brilliant character, using so few lines.

Something I want to explore in this area is looser mark making and using unconventional tools to draw with.
